The toolbar does NOT SPY after the user and does not transfer any personally identifiable information such as a name or an E-mail address, ensuring complete anonymity for users.

When used, the toolbar sends unidentifiable usage statistics regarding usage of its features to Conduit's servers (Conduit is the service that powers the toolbar). The statistics are completely anonymous, do not contain any personal identification or information in a manner that can identify a user, and no IP addresses are stored. Users are allowed to disable statistical data transfer at any given time. We do not match individual users with their specific Web or toolbar usage and don't share the specifics with anybody. A unique id is used solely for the purpose of knowing how many people are actively using the toolbar and it is not transferred along with any specific usage information. This unique id is not transmitted during any other use of the toolbar.

All statistic information is securely stored on Conduit.com and is accessible only to us.

Bottom line: the toolbar does NOT SPY after users . Anonymous usage statistics are sent to Conduit.com when the toolbar is used. These unidentifiable statistics are accessible only to us in the form of analysis reports that are used in order to improve the toolbar based on how it is being used by the entire community.

No Spyware Policy – the toolbar does not collect or transmits Identifiable information and does not monitor personal toolbar usage.

1.The toolbar sends unidentifiable and non-personal statistical data to enable quality assurance and improve support processes. Such non-personal data includes unidentifiable usage of toolbar components and queries. You can opt not to send such statistical data at any time from your toolbar Options dialog box.

4. Easy uninstall : you can easily uninstall the toolbar at any time using the toolbar's standard uninstall package (Add/Remove Programs in Windows, Add-on Removal in Firefox, etc.).

5. Easy deactivation: you can easily deactivate your toolbar at any time by clicking the "View" menu in your browser and deselecting the name of your community toolbar.

6. Full control : you have full control over your toolbar and you can add/remove toolbar components at any time using your toolbar's Options dialog box.
