Book Signing and Tri-City Youth Forum

Jennifer Imediegwu, nee Webb, Southwest Detroit native and daughter of June and

Crawford Webb is the author of the new book, Letters to Her: Becoming a Woman of Purity, Purpose, and Proverbs 31 Virtue.Jennifer is a 2005 Valedictorian Graduate of Renaissance High School. She continued her education at University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Policy in 2009. Jennifer graduated from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville College of Law in 2013 and is currently a practicing Attorney in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is happily married to Chino Imediegwu, an Engineering and Business

Leader, and they have three growing boys.

Jennifer will be hosting two events in the tri-city community on Saturday, October 20,

2018. A ladies-only book signing event will be held at Church of Christ, located at 402 Holford Street, River Rouge, Michigan 48218 from 1pm- 3pm. This is a great event for


women of all ages! There will be light refreshments, an engaging and uplifting discussion

with the author, and books available for purchase. Grab your sister, your mother, a niece, or girlfriend and come on out! You will not want to miss this special event!

The Youth Forum, The Phoenix Will Rise: A Teen Talk-Back on 2018 Teen Issues, will

be sponsored in collaboration with Citizens with Challenges and Executive Director, Otis

Mathis. The event will be held at the new Youth Center in Southwest Detroit, located at

12730 Corbin Street, Detroit, Michigan 48217, on Saturday, October 20, 2018 from

5:30pm - 7:30 pm. This event will be for youth 11 years old and up and you will not want your middle-schoolers and high-schoolers to miss this! We will have a panel discussion comprised of young professionals to discuss hot-button issues affecting our youth! 12730 Corbin Street, Detroit, Michigan 48217, on Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 5:30pm - 7:30 pm. This event will be for youth 11 years old and up and you will not want your middle-schoolers and high-schoolers to miss this! We will have a panel discussion comprised of young professionals to discuss hot-button issues affecting our youth
