The president decides to only federally fund guard activities at 75%, leaving states with additional costs

LANSING. -- Today, Governor Gretchen Whitmer issued the following statement after President Trump granted her request that he authorize the use of Michigan National Guard forces for COVID-19 response through December 31, 2020.
