The War on Cartoons

March 18, 2021

Yeah, I know the title sounds ridiculous but it is going on.

The casualties so far are Disney’s Dumbo, Peter Pan and the Aristo Cats, for supposed racist depictions, along with Pepe LePew for promoting a rapist culture.

And the Left has it sights set on Speedy Gonzales (again) and Miss Piggy, for also promoting a rapist culture.

Why all the hate on cartoons all of a sudden?

Probably because cartoons, by nature, over do things physically

that normal people can’t do, like walk three feet in open air before he realizes he is off a cliff and falls.

The appease the anti-gun crowd, Warner Bros. has taken away Elmer Fudd’s and Yosemite Sam’s guns.

I guess dropping anvils get to stay. Tom and Jerry are now in trouble for Jerry wearing shoe polish on his face in 1947.

If you can’t change it to your way of thinking you cancel it.

People, these are cartoons, fictional characters. They are not real.

The comedian Gabriel Iglesias is coming out in defense of Speedy Gonzales to keep Warner Bros. from cutting him from the new Space Jam movie like they did Pepe LePew.

It is time we get our undies out of a bunch and start enjoying life or Star Wars could be next to face the Cancel Culture.
