What is going on in plain sight?

Series: SPIRITUALLY SPEAKING | Story 1

October 28, 2021

Good morning Church, this is what the Lord Jesus is doing today right before our very eyes. The wealth of the wicked is being given to the righteous (godly) just as the Lord said He would.

Proverbs 13:22 Good people leave an inheritance to their grandchildren, but the sinner’s wealth passes to the godly.

So do not be afraid of what is going on today just be righteous (godly) and take advantage of these times. Remember what the Lord said to us in Romans 8:28 And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.

The Lord wants to bless us just like he did Isaac during a time of famine when the Lord blessed him to profit hundred times over. Genesis 26:12 When Isaac planted his crops that year, he harvested a hundred times more grain than he planted, for the Lord blessed him.

Nowadays you can actually get a good-paying job doing something you like doing and making good money to do it. It is also a good time to open a business. Look around and see what people need today and then figure out a way that you can deliver that service or good to them and make a profit doing it.

My cousin, Andrea Lynn Beard Dudley, once did a show called "The Shift." Are you ready for the shift of wealth that is happening right now before our eyes! Just as she predicted through the Holy Spirit several years ago so it is today!

What we see going on today is what James wrote about in his book. James 5:1 Look here, you rich people: Weep and groan with anguish because of all the terrible troubles ahead of you. 2 Your wealth is rotting away, and your fine clothes are moth-eaten rags. 3 Your gold and silver are corroded. The very wealth you were counting on will eat away your flesh like fire. This corroded treasure you have hoarded will testify against you on the day of judgment. 4 For listen! Hear the cries of the field workers whom you have cheated of their pay. The cries of those who harvest your fields have reached the ears of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies. 5 You have spent your years on earth in luxury, satisfying your every desire. You have fattened yourselves for the day of slaughter. 6 You have condemned and killed innocent people, who do not resist you.

In closing let me say this. Both large and small businesses are desperately in need of good employees. They are willing to train you, offer you a sign-up bonus, and work within your life schedule. Jesus is forcing them to do this if they want to continue making money, they must increase their underpaid employee's wages or go out of business.

There is no limit to the earning power of an employee like the one described in Colossians chapter three. Do what it says and the Lord Jesus will promote you just like He did Daniel and the Hebrew Boys in the book of Daniel chapter one. First Daniel and the Hebrew boys did this, 1: 8 But Daniel was determined not to defile himself by eating the food and wine given to them by the king. He asked the chief of staff for permission not to eat these unacceptable foods.

Then Jesus did this for them, 1: 19 The king talked with them, and no one impressed him as much as Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah. So they entered the royal service.

For us New Testament saints it is the same, Colossians 3:2 Slaves (employees), obey your earthly masters (employers) in everything you do. Try to please them all the time, not just when they are watching you. Serve them sincerely because of your reverent fear of the Lord. 23 Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people. 24 Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as your reward and that the Master you are serving is Christ. 25 But if you do what is wrong, you will be paid back for the wrong you have done. For God has no favorites.

If you want to take advantage of these days and times then do what the Lord says as Jesus' mother Mary told those, servants, to do in John chapter 2:5 But his mother told the servants, “Do whatever he tells you.”
