HAPPY NEW YEAR! It's time to make changes in our lives to be healthier

Well, another year has come and gone. For some people, things have affected their lives and they were forced to make some changes. For others, they have planned to make changes. And for the last group, no matter what happens they are not going to change; they will continue to do the same thing year after year.

I know for me, like most of you, I wish Covid-19 would have left at the stroke of midnight on New Year's Eve. But unfortunately, we will be dealing with this virus for a little longer. If you are reading this, you are a survivor. Let's thank God for the blessing of another year.
