Dale Rich has been a photojournalist for over 45 years. He developed his love for photography while attending Cass Technical High School.

Not only is he a photojournalist, he is acclaimed as a researcher and historian for documentaries. He is a collector of Black American images, and has put on many photo exhibits in libraries, universities and other institutions of learning that showcase the lives and the experiences of African Americans.
