WAYNE COUNTY PARKS KICKS OFF 2023 EVENT SEASON WITH 38th ANNUAL MARSHMALLOW DROP

WESTLAND, MI – The forecast predicts a blizzard of marshmallows! Wayne County Parks will kick off the 2023 event season on Friday, April 7 with its 38th Annual Marshmallow Drop at Elizabeth Park in Trenton starting at 9:00 AM and Nankin Mills in Westland starting at 11:00 AM.

Thousands of Wayne County children will gather for the annual free event, awaiting a helicopter visit from the Easter Bunny who will drop more than 20,000 marshmallows from the sky.
