Ecorse Police Officers were recognized during the Ecorse City Council meeting for their dedication to keeping the communities safe. On 9/8/2022, Officer Duane Pennyman and Mitchell Heaney @ 10:35 am, responded to a citizen report of 2 subjects walking in the area of 19th and Francis, who were clearly carrying firearms.
