Downriver Bar and Grill Extends Its Hours Now Open From 12 PM to 2 AM

The Downriver Bar and Grill in Ecorse is now open to serve the community for a place to eat and relax between lunch and dinner and after hours
When a neighborhood possesses business real estate, the possibilities are endless. There are more things to do, less trouble for residents to get into, and more opportunities for camaraderie in the community. The Downriver Bar and Grill has set a standard and expectation for this. It has been reopened for eight months, and has been a prime source of Downriver nightlife.
In a quick trip down the street, The Downriver Bar and Grill has everything possible for a long night out. The community can enjoy two pool tables, a dart board, dance floor, and over ten television screens. The bar also houses a special combined American and soul food menu that includes a one of a kind Downriver Sauce.
During this eight month period these wonders could only be enjoyed during the night time. The Downriver Bar and Grill will now be opening for a day shift. Its new hours are from 12 PM to 2 AM. This makes their services available for the lunch time and after work crowd. The change also widens its customer base, allowing a different crowd to enjoy the establishment. The shift in hours was inspired and encouraged by Ecorse Mayor, Lamar Tidwell. He is known to frequent the Downriver Bar and Grill with his team, and suggested it could serve a similar purpose as a few places down the road.
The Downriver Bar and Grill is here to stay, and it's here to serve. It is inclusive to anyone legally old enough to enter. It does not discriminate against the younger crowd. The business wants to give them a solid chance, and welcomes them to visit. In the same notion it hosts special Friday nights for patrons thirty and over, simply because everyone needs their own time to party. The Downriver Bar and Grill has drink specials, and will be hosting the after party for the Downriver Jazz Festival this Summer. Don't be scared to come out, it is in a safe, secure location right across the street from the Ecorse Police Department.
