BARBARA J. JACKSON

Barbara J. Jackson, 83 of San Diego, CA was born to the union of Tom and Lovie Lee. She was educated in the River Rouge school district. She was the loving mother of two children, Thomas Lovelle Moss, who preceded her in death and Leona Dossie Turner who cared for her mother until the end. She was the beloved wife to the love of her, Samuel L. Jackson, who remained by her side until she took her last breath.

Barbara dedicated her life to Jehovah God on July 17, 1970. She lived a full and productive life working for the U. S. Postal Service for over 35 years in Detroit, MI. She retired and moved to San Diego marrying the love of her life, Sam, to live out her golden years serving her god Jehovah until the end.

Barbara loved to travel and visit with friends and family. She was so affectionately known as 'Hollywood" to family and friends and was known to always greet you with a big warm smile.

She leaves to cherish her memories; her husband Samuel, daughter Leona, stepson Cedric Jackson, stepdaughter Angela Jacobs (Jerome), grandchildren Charles Moss, Chauncey Moss (Amy), Thomas Cash Moss, Mack Moss, CostaWilla Jacobs (Jason), brother Reginald Lee, sisters Gwendolyn Wilson and Juanita Lee and a host of family and friends
